Published by the Institute for Democracy in South Africa, the guide contains a step by step approach to organising a one and a half day workshop. This workshop enables participants to understand the role of AIDS councils in building multisectoral partnerships to tackling HIV/AIDS, identify potential collaborative partners and promote community ownership of HIV and AIDS issues.
