We are going to look at what was lost while the hardships of life knock us off balance and how to gain wellness. The wellness that we will be focusing reminds one of the old hymn with the chorus, “it is well with my soul”.

Venue: Elim Game Farm, This farm is situated within 2 hour’s drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg, 16.1km from the centre of Fochville, with the nearest airport 78.7km (Lanseria International Airport). The quiet nature environment, surrounded with herds of buck, Springbok, Zebra and Blackwildebeest will be some of your companions.

Objectives:

The purpose of this retreat is to make room for your soul, your emotions and every part of your being to become whole. It can be the opportunity to become whole again or experiencing wholeness for the first time.

The theme and programme of the weekend is based on Dr Barbara Louw’s research and the wellness model she developed.

The retreat is planned for a very small group of only 16 guests to enable everyone to join in, rest and enjoy nature.

Elim Game Farm is the perfect venue to relax, reflect and gently grow into new dimensions of wellness.
