Weather Update - Thunderstorms Continue [1]

Following a wet start to the week across the central parts of the country, the South African Weather Service has issued a watch for severe thunderstorms that are expected to continue on Monday night, 11 December into Tuesday, 12 December.
Severe thunderstorms are expected on Monday night in places over Gauteng, the eastern parts of the North West and Free State, as well as the highveld and escarpment of Mpumalanga.
On Tuesday, SA Weather says that severe thunderstorms are expected in north-western KZN, the extreme north-eastern Free State, highveld of Mpumalanga, western bushveld of Limpopo, most of Gauteng, and the extreme eastern parts of North West.
