On Saturday, 13 February 2016, the Tobeka Madiba Zuma Foundation, led by its patron and founder Madam Tobeka Madiba Zuma, wishes to advise you that the Mass Screening event has been rescheduled. This is due to the effect the demand and number of people who expressed their interests has been overwhelming and the venue proved to be small. A decision has been taken to move the event to a bigger venue, as detailed below:
We will hold a mass cancer screening day at Laudium Soccer Stadium, Pretoria. The purpose of the day is to reach out to hundreds, if not thousands, of South Africans, raise awareness on cancer, and empower youth and vulnerable communities to take charge of their health and break taboos surrounding cancer and other diseases.
This event forms part of the TMZ Foundation’s efforts to commemorate #WorldCancerDay, which falls on 4 February every year.
