Symphonia for South Africa seeks to appoint a Operations and Process Leader for its Partners for Possibility Programme, based in Durbanville, Cape Town.

The successful candidate should be a experienced manager with a passion for education and leadership development. The selected individual will work as the leader of an operational and coaching team in Cape Town. The role is both inspiring and challenging. The individual will take full accountability for the smooth running of the Cape Town operation, running the process, measurement, supervisory coaching and events coordination team. The work involves close team work, while also extensive independent work. The individual required needs to be comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and virtual environment that demands hands-on work as well as astute strategic thinking. If you love education, are super organised, are an enabling manager, are excellent at building relationships, and have experience in different business functions, then this role could be for you!

Requirements:

  • Certification as a leadership coach or facilitator preferrable, with extensive experience;
  • Business degree;
  • Experience at a senior management level across multiple function areas;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Outstanding people management and relationship building skills;
  • Own transport essential.

Remuneration: R40 000 per month.
