Global Fund Programme Sub-Recipients – MSM / LGBTI Peer Education Programme in Eastern Cape, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal and Northern Cape Provinces

Right to Care is seeking non-government Sub-Recipient (SR) organisations to support implementation of programmes in the following fields and areas:
- Support implementation of programmes to increase coverage and uptake of HIV counselling and testing (HCT) and TB screening through comprehensive integrated HIV prevention services for men who have sex with men (MSM) and Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender and Intersex (LGBTI) people in Eastern Cape, Free State, KwaZulu-Natal and Northern Cape provinces. SRs will promote community engagement and provide peer educators to facilitate referrals of MSM/LGBTI people to appropriate health services and conduct community-based treatment adherence and retention in care activities.
Key Eligibility Requirements:
- Applications will only be accepted from legally registered organisations – applicants from individuals will not be accepted;
- Applicant organisations will ideally have an existing presence in the provinces for which they are applying to work.
Applicant organisations are required to submit a concept note using the format provided.
Shortlisted applicant organisations will be invited to a workshop to be held in late February to develop and full proposal.
