Learn to Earn: Branch Manager - Hermanus

Learn to Earn is a Christian organisation which has as its mission the development of unemployed people economically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. 

Learn to Earn  seeks to appoint a Branch Manager, based in Hermanus, to take on responsibility for the training and development activities at its new, purpose-built facility.

Requirements: 

• Hold to Learn to Earn's statement of faith and be an active member of an evangelical church;
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position;
• Knowledge of finances, budgets and control system;
• Training experience and understanding of SAQA and the SETA system;
• Knowledge of NGO/ PBO sector valuable;
• Fundraising knowledge;
• Computer literacy with well developed communication skills in English;
• Knowledge of Xhosa would be extremely beneficial;
• Ability to work cross-culturally.
