Khumbulani Craft: Field Manager - KwaZulu-Natal

Khumbulani Craft was established in 1999 with the purpose of contributing towards poverty alleviation through the design, production, marketing and sale of traditional and contemporary craft. Khumbulani Craft is currently working with approximately 350 crafters in KwaZulu-Natal and Mpumalanga.

Khumbulani Craft seeks to appoint a Field Manager for KwaZulu-Natal, based in Mtubatuba, KwaZulu-Natal, to oversee the overall management of Khumbulani field staff, including monitoring of production and liaison with head office.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree/diploma and/or 5 years experience in management and administration;
• General knowledge and understanding of the non-profit sector;
• Excellent communication;
• Advanced computer literacy;
• Organisational ability;
• Time management and ability to work under pressure;
• Initiative;
• Good writing and understanding of administrative systems;
• Zulu and English speaking;
• Driver's licence and willingness to travel.
