The Joint Aid Management (JAM) is a humanitarian nonprofit organisation that empowers Africans to create better lives for themselves.

JAM is an organisation based on Christian values, operating all programmes on fully inclusive basis without discrimination of race, religion, gender or political persuasion. JAM currently assists more than 500 000 African people through its programmes.

JAM seeks to appoint a Commodity Control Manager, based in Bor, South Sudan.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop food programmes for food commodities and the rehabilitation of infrastructure with the anticipated budget;
  • Coordinate programme-level reporting on commodities and to facilitate capacity building of implementation partners for managing commodity logistics;
  • Serve as the conduit for commodity reports prepared by commodity management staff;
  • Assist in the identification of emergency situation in South Sudan and strategically manage emergency response with food and non-food commodities.
Salary: $3 500 - $4 000 per month.
