Are you committed to social change?

Are you looking for a fresh approach, and for new solutions to old challenges?

Do you have a great idea for a social venture, but aren’t sure how to get it off the ground?

If you are visionary, engaged, and ready to learn, SECP is for you.

The Social Entrepreneurship Certificate Programme (SECP) is a rigorous management course which brings together some of the country’s top social entrepreneurs, non-profit thinkers and business minds in a dynamic learning environment. The course teaches the business skills needed for creating, sustaining, and scaling social change. Applications are now open for 2013.

Delegates gain:

  • A deeper understanding of strategy, leadership and governance;
  • Business skills in finance, operations and management;
  • Practical application of theoretical ideas to their immediate work;
  • Insights into the complex challenges of social change, financial sustainability, and innovation.

The first round of applications is due on 31 October 2012. Subsequently, applications will be reviewed and evaluated on a rolling basis, while spaces remain. The final closing date for applications is 9 January 2013.

The earlier your application is submitted, the better chance you will have of acceptance.
