The Centre for Policy Studies (CPS) is a leading policy research and policy-development institution in South Africa. CPS undertakes a wide spectrum of research projects focussing on key policy challenges facing South Africa and Southern Africa. It works in a number of areas, including local government, service delivery, civil society, public participation, democracy and governance.

CPS seeks to appoint a Researcher, based in Johannesburg.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Masters Degree in the Social Sciences;
• Minimum of three years professional research experience;
• Demonstrable publications record;
• Some project management experience;
• Good analytical and report writing skills will be considered;
• Driver’s license.
