Anna Foundation: Programme Manager and Trainer

The Anna Foundation is a nonprofit organisation that assists disadvantaged schools and communities by providing academic, social and environmental support and equipping children with skills for lifelong learning.

The Anna Foundation is looking to expand its services to farms in Robertson, Ashton, Barrydale and other farms in the Karoo.

The Anna Foundation seeks to appoint a Programme Manager and Trainer, based in Stellenbosch.

S/he will be involved in the expansion of educational and life skills programmes offered by the Anna Foundation to areas in the small Karoo. S/he will manage farm projects and train local women to administer the programme to school going children living on the farms.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Teaching or social development;
• Experience in training of adults and working with children;
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
• Ability to speak both English and Afrikaans;
• Ability to travel long distances and spend approximately on to two weeks per month in Robertson/Barrydale or similar area;
• Own transport.

Travel allowance and accommodation will be part of the remuneration package.
