Isibani Development Partners is a South African-registered NGO, launched in 2011 to become a leading local technical assistance provider, systems strengthening and grants manager for health and social service in Southern Africa. Our programs focus is on HIV, TB, Non-Communicable diseases and Capacity development for community-based organization and government departments.
Isibani Development Partners is one of the three Sub-Recipients of the National Department of Health (NDoH) appointed to implement Global Fund TB/HIV programmes from the 1st April 2019 to 31st March 2022. The National Department of Health (NDOH) has appointed Isibani Development Partners, to issue the tender on behalf of the grant. All communication in the regard will be handled by Isibani Development Partners together with the appointed Tender Evaluation Committee.
This bid seeks to select the most suitable logistic service provider, who can provide temporary warehousing for PPE procured using GF grant funds, undertake quality assurance for all the PPE procured, as well as, provide a cost effective and highly responsive clearing offering to logistically support delivery of PPE orders to the provinces. The PPE referred in this document is for protective clothing, gloves, face shields, goggles, facemasks and/or respirators or other equipment designed to protect the wearer from injury or the spread of infection or illness.

Submission of queries closes on 26th November 2020 and no responses will be attended to after 26th November 2020 at 16:00.
