THE PROVISION OF TELEMARKETING SERVICES FOR INDIVIDUAL GIVING FUNDRAISING
The Scope of this Project covers the following:
- Tele marketing agency within South African Borders, will act as a representative of ActionAid South Africa and will be a body we hope to have a long-term relationship with due to the long-term nature of our campaigns and mission.
- The tele marketing agency will raise funds by contacting Salaried/Business Individuals customer/donors through automated dialler system to recruit new monthly regular debit order for AASA. These fundraising tele callers will be professionally trained and will only sign up donors to donate on an online form or collection and will never take cash donations on the spot.
- Donation amounts will be around R150.00 to R200.00 per month and taken via a debit order.
To retain these donors’ AASA will communicate with them about who we are, what we do and how their donations are making an impact at various intervals through the AASA donor journey.
In order to increase our regular giving donor income, AASA will be launching tele marketing fundraising campaign for acquiring and retaining new monthly regular individual donors for unrestricted (general) funding from individuals.
Expect the agency to achieve 1000 signup in 6 months trail. Donation of R150 per month via monthly debit order to help ActionAid South Africa in it’s fighting to end poverty and injustice in South
Mr. Manoharan Wilson will be assigned to this project who will undertake the responsibility for all the aspects of the project implementation and liaise with the successful service provider.
The Service Provider must complete the Pricing Schedule together with a detailed costing proposal including all the cost elements.
Both parties will share a detailed project plan and timelines for the delivery execution of the services.
VALIDITY OF PROPOSALS
The provider is required to confirm that it will hold its proposal valid for 30 days from the closing date of the submission of proposals, during which time it will maintain without change, the personnel proposed for the services together with their proposed rates.
APPOINTMENT AND DURATION
The appointment will be for the duration of the project and agreed timelines. The project will run from the expected start date of August 2019 to the completion date of the 31 December 2019. (All Invoice to be dated before the end of December 2019) If the agency meets the satisfactory targets the contract can be extended for 20/21.
We require a minimum of 3 reference for work previously under taken and proof of payment for the work done (i.e. supply of bank statement).
