NACOSA will manage the Global Fund grant for the implementation of four programmes addressing the HIV/AIDS and TB epidemic among key and vulnerable populations in selected districts of South Africa for the period April 2019 to March 2022.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a second round call for proposals for specific districts in the AGYW and SW programmes, as stipulated below.
NACOSA invites registered and suitably experienced South African civil society organisations based in the districts below to participate in this grant. Proposal requirements, formats and further details are contained in the TWO approved Requests for Proposals (RFP) which are available on the NACOSA website at:

The deadline for proposals is 16h00 on 20 March 2019.

The Programme offers a comprehensive package of services that aim to improve the health, psychosocial and socio-economic wellbeing of AGYW. The programme targets AGYW, in and out of school, aged 15-24 years, aiming to effect risk reduction, behaviour change and empowerment. The package will be offered through 5 service delivery modalities but only proposals for Modality 2 is sought:
