Irene Homes, a Non-profit organization situated in Irene, Centurion, invite candidates to apply for the position of Receptionist
 
Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification:  Grade 12
  • At least 7 years experience as a Receptionist or in a related field
  • Valid South African Drivers License
  • Candidate must be between the age of 25 and 45
  • Proven proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, especially standard word processing and spreadsheet software such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Capable of learning any specialized software the organization may use for its administrative work
  • Proven experience and knowledge in operating standard office equipment - this includes multi-line telephones, copiers, fax machines, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and a legible handwriting
  • Proficient in English – both writing and speaking with a good and extended vocabulary
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with calmness and efficiency
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
  • Experience in working with persons with a disability will be a recommendation
  • Assist with maintaining database (customers/parents)
