The Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the organization and to ensure that the organisation fulfils its strategic mandate. He/she is responsible for managing and coordinating ACFS teams to ensure that the organisation’s mission and vision are championed and monitors progress of implementation against agreed targets with donors and investors. 
The Executive Director works closely with the Governing Body, senior management team and project management teams to drive delivery of all organisational programmes timeously, and to manage the teams and support functions to ensure operational efficiency.
To lead the execution of strategy as mandated by the board, fundraising and management of donors and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide leadership, to ensure effective programme and strategy execution, provide support and guidance to the programme management teams
  • Oversee the development and effective execution of programmes in all locations.
  • Work closely with the financial management to prepare and submit the annual operating budget to the Governing Body for approval and prudently manage organisation’s resources in line with donor requirements and expectations

Salary range: R800 000 ctc -  R1 million ctc negotiable
