Title                                                      : Site Manager X1

Responsibilities:

  • Plan for and manage site activities
  • Ensure the provision of high quality MMC services
  • Ensure infection control measures are in place and followed all the time
  • Ensure MMC protocols are adhered to
  • Coordinate all teams (clinical and counselling and testing and ensure they work well together
  • Compile accurate reports and submit timely
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings
  • Supervise all staff at the site
  • Ensure any new information is disseminated timely.
  • Identify training needs in conjunction with Senior Counsellor and MMC Clinical Coordinator and feed into refresher training program
  • Represent the MMC site at local stakeholder meetings and to the media as delegated.
  • Maintain healthy working relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Maintain link between HQ and the site
  • When understaffed, provide services to clients
  • Provide debriefing to staff and provide supportive supervision
  • Perform weekly stock take to ensure sufficient available stock
  • Make requisitions to Program Manager when stock is running low
  • Issue stock to the MMC clinic and HCT laboratory
  • Submit weekly reports
  • Compile monthly report based on summary of all weekly reports
  • Ensure high data collection
  • Ensure confidential keeping of all client records
  • Monitoring expenditure on petty cash

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Sciences / Humanities/ Nursing Sciences
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Experience in HIV prevention programs with special focus on MMC
  • Managing/ Supervising staff
