MES Mould Empower Serve NPC facilitates professional services to vulnerable or at risk individuals, families and communities. The three core services are implemented in each branch depending on the need of the community and available resources. An integrated approach is followed ensuring holistic service delivery contributing to restoration and empowerment. Our model of Intake/prevention; intervention and sustainable exit is followed:

MES is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to provide services under the following Assignment - "Enhancement of Reports and Functions of the Cost Accounting System (CAS)"
MES invites consultants to express their interests in providing the above-described services. Interested consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this assignment. Specifically, the Consultant must provide an up to date profile which documents reference sites relating to cost and management accounting, time recording systems and working knowledge of business information systems. In addition, interested individuals must cite at least one major report or any other document writing assignment for which he played a lead or key role.
By accepting this invitation to take part in the EOI process, you agree to keep confidence all information provided to you, whether written or oral, in relation to the EOI process and/or in relation to the organisation's business generally which is not already in public domain, to use it only for the purposes of this EOI and for no other reason and not to disclose any of the said information to any third party. A confidentiality agreement will be signed before commencement of the assignment.
You will bear any costs and expenses incurred by you in relation to this EOI and the said information shall be kept confidential unless it lawfully becomes public knowledge.

After the proposal have been received and management meetings have taken place, a shortlist of consultants will be identified who will be asked to make a presentation to Senior Management and members of the Audit and Risk Committee if necessary, including a question and answer session. These presentations will take place at a later date to be confirmed. More precise timings will be confirmed in due course.
