Future Families is a nonprofit organisation established on 1st October 2010 which operates Tshwane South Africa. The organisation empower families to create their own future – for the sake of our children and for the collective future of South Africa. Future Families provides care and support to families with members who are infected and affected by HIV and AIDS to ensure that children in need have a safe, nurturing environment to grow into independent, empowered adults capable of planning their own future.

Future Families seeks to appoint a Monitor and Evaluation, based in Pretoria.


  • Implementation and management of the M & E Programme
  • Develop and oversee the existing online MER database
  • Manage and ensure that staff is receiving adequate support to implement their M & E functions
  • Ensure that quarterly reports are submitted on time when required
  • Identify training needs from M & E staff if required


  • Grade 12 preferably post matric qualification in computers
  • Above average computer literacy
  • Minimum of two years data base management experience
  • Report writing and communication skills
  • Valid Driver's license and own transport
  • Willingness to travel to the different community based offices for supervision into M & E Staff
  • Experience in working with international donors
