The LHR head office seeks to employ a self-motivated, energetic receptionist who is formally qualified in office administration and, with at least 3 years reception experience, Strong knowledge of working in a legal environment, accurate numeracy as well as good computer skills needed, driver’s license and para legal qualifications would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities to include appropriately and professionally welcome all visitors and employees, liaising with clients and drafting of correspondence. Must be able to work under pressure. Punctuality and/or good time management is critical as this affects the functioning of the legal clinic.
