ADVERT – ACC PROVINCIAL PROGRAM MANAGER (LIMPOPO)
Beyond Zero is a 10-year-strong NGO that focuses on HIV/AIDS/TB programmes as a platform for broader public health transformation. We are recruiting for experienced ACC Provincial Program Manager to join our team in Limpopo. Remuneration package will be market related and based on experience plus competitive employment benefits.
Key Performance Areas:
- Oversee and Coordinate Programme Implementation
- Manage Provincial Budget
- Staff Supervision
- Manage of Resources
- Integration of technical activities at Provincial level
- Grant Management
- Ensure implementation of Quality Improvements Plans
Educational Qualifications:
- MBCH (Medical Doctor) with Project Management
- Professional nurse with a post graduate qualification and strong project management skills
- Advance Certificate in Management
Experience Required:
- At least 8 years’ experience in medical healthcare environment with at least 2 years’ programme management experience
- Project Management and training experience is vital
- Knowledge of the local landscape in Limpopo Health Department would be an added advantage
- Good track record of completing projects according to plans
- Must be able to demonstrate proven skills and results delivery: report writing, budget , cost control and M & E Skills
- Experience in dealing with HIV and AIDS and TB
- Experience in Health Systems Strengthening and QI/QA
Skills Requirements/Competencies:
- High level of clinical proficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational Skills
- Advanced Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel able
- Team player with positive attitude
- Able to work and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility and be able to prioritize
- Has ability to operationalize work plans
- Must be prepared to travel extensively ( up to 2 weeks of the month)
