INTERNAL & EXTERNAL ADVERT M & E ADVISOR

Beyond Zero NPC is an 11-year-strong NGO that focuses on HIV/AIDS/TB programmes as a platform for broader public health transformation. Beyond Zero is recruiting an experienced M & E Advisor to join our team in our office in Limpopo. Remuneration package will be market related and based on experience plus competitive employment benefits.

Key Performance Areas:

  • Promote Planning at BZ and DOH
  • Assess M&E capacity and technical assistance needs at sub-district and facility levels
  • Analyse and interpret data in support of Sub District and Facilities
  • Build M&E capacity of DOH officials and BZ officials(Clinical Advisors,TA’s, NM, Information Officers)
  • Develop, support and enhance systems that are aiming at improving information use for planning and management
  • Support and strengthen the work of the different elements of the Beyond Zero health programmes
  • Compile Beyond Zero reports

Educational Qualifications

  • Honours Degree in Medical Science, Public Health or related qualification
  • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in clinical environment
  • A valid driver’s license

Skills /Competencies and Abilities

  • Extensive computer literacy (MS Office suite).
  • Excellent analytical, oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to use an statistical software package
  • Willingness to travel between facilities
  • Self-guided, strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Research Skills
