An International NGO working in the field of HIV/AIDS will be opening a new Project soon and has vacancies in all the Provinces in South Africa.
Data Officers – KZN, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, Cape Town, Limpopo
Duties include: Analyse and documentation of data, collection of data from DOH, training of Staff on all Data related iuees,provision of support to Staff to come up with comprehensive reports, ensure that there is quality data collection, capturing and collation
Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Five years’ experience in a similar environment, working knowledge of DHIS, TIER, Advanced Excel,MS Access, be willing to travel, driver ‘s license and own car
Senior Nurse Mentors – KZN, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, Cape Town & Limpopo
Duties include: Capturing data, mentoring, training of Clinical Staff, and work closely with DOH to strengthen Health Systems, conduct workshops at District level as a Facilitator, identify District challenges and come up with possible solutions, Network with other Stakeholders.
Requirements: At least ten years post qualification experience, experience working in an NGO environment providing mentorship & Coaching, Bachelor‘s Degree in Nursing,NIMART/IMCI/Pulsa Plus Training, be willing to travel.
Monitoring & Evaluation Officers - KZN, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, Cape Town & Limpopo
Duties include: Ensure that data quality and reports are improved at District level, provide training and coaching to M & E Staff, manage the whole internal and external data follow, Engagement with Stakeholders.
Requirements: Experience working in the M & E environment in particular in HIV/AIDS Sector, experience working with DOH Data, good computer skills in SQL, Access data base and Excel, have Degree/Diploma and a valid Driver’s license.
Programme Managers - KZN, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, North West, Cape Town & Limpopo
Duties include: Work with DOH to improve the quality of Healthcare system in the District, complete necessary monitoring and evaluation, assist with analysis and report writing, Participation in mentoring and workshop teams, management of the HIV/AIDS Programmes at District level, management of Human and Financial resources.
Requirements: A Healthcare Degree,5 to 10 year years’ experience as a Programme Manager in an HIV/AIDS field, valid driver ‘s license & own car, clinical mentoring experience, strong communications & organisational skills, experience in conducting workshops and willingness to travel
