The 2009 SANGONeT “ICTs for Civil Society” Conference will be held in two parts:
Johannesburg

15-16 October 2009
Cape Town
River Club, Observatory
20-21 October 2009
By hosting the event in two cities, SANGONeT hopes to attract many NGOs and other participants that would otherwise not be able to attend.
Registration Fees:
Registration fees include: Full participation in the conference programme, conference pack, parking, lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments, and attendance of evening cocktail functions.
Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first pay, first serve basis.
How to Register for the Conference:
If you are already a registered NGO Pulse user, you can use your login information to register for the conference. Log in to NGO Pulse and follow the conference registration steps from there.
If you are not yet a registered NGO Pulse user, you first have to create a NGO Pulse user account and then use your new log in information to register for the conference.
Payment:
Once you have registered for the conference, you will be required to pay the mentioned registration fee to finalise your registration.

Cancellations:
Registration will only be confirmed once full and final payment has been received.
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. Telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellations up to 15 September 2009 will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, up to 14 October 2009 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and cancellations after 14 October 2009 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
“No show” of delegates will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

- Private sector and government - R 1 700.00 (VAT incl)
