World Urged to Assess Progress on Development
President Jacob Zuma has urged the world to assess the progress that has been made in creating a sustainable future.
Zuma asked whether the financial, technical and capacity constraints of developing countries have been enhanced to such an extent that they can achieve poverty eradication and sustainable development.
He believes that the world should implement the decisions made at the Rio+20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, adding that it is crucial that the required financial systems are available.
