NGO to Promote Women Sports in Rwanda
A United Kingdom-based NGO, Care, in partnership with Nike, are set to join forces for women empowerment through sports.
Care global ambassador, Sheila Johnson, points out that the initiative is aimed at developing a sporting culture that enables and values the full involvement of women in every aspect of sport.
"We will offer support technically and funding to Rwandan women who engage in sports because their commitment to sports will build communication skills," explains Johnson.
