we then in our comment try to awake mr president that qwaqwa in northen free state still alive and survive with more than 2.7 million resident.since terrior lekota came in we use to have it all and now we loss all belongs.now think since scorpion is dead our national monitory funds has a large inpact to destroy our funds.take a good look at our youth project accoding to municipal financial projection we have receved a funds from goverment youth funds.

President Jacob Zuma says the National Youth Development Agency, an institution formed through the merger of the Umsobomvu Youth Fund and the National Youth Commission, will be launched on 16 June 2009 in Ekurhuleni.

Speaking in the joint sitting of the parliament where he delivered his first state of the nation address since assuming office last month, Zuma said the merger will enhance service and development opportunities provided to the youth.

Zuma says the new agency will link unemployed young graduates to economic opportunities; strengthen efforts to expand the National Youth Service Programme and support young entrepreneurs.
