FUL Goes Ahead With Mdluli Application

Freedom Under Law (FUL) says it will go ahead with its court application for the suspension of former crime intelligence head Lieutenant General Richard Mdluli.
In a press statement, FUL states that, "FUL's application for the review and setting aside of the decisions to withdraw criminal and disciplinary charges against General Mdluli also continues."
FUL has however, welcomed the announcement by acting Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, that Mdluli has been suspended.
