DBSA calls for proposals: Research into the impact of HIV/Aids on local government

The Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) requests suitably qualified organisations to submit proposals to collaborate with the DBSA on implementing research into the impact of HIV/Aids on local government.Requirements for submission include:
- Substantial experience in the fields of HIV/Aids and local government, coupled with in-depth understanding of the latest developments in these fields;
- Relevant experience in colloborating with other institutions in conducting research of this nature;
- In-house expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, with a particular focus on literature reviews, questionnaire development, conducting interviews, data collection and analysis and the capacity to provide these services in a well-coordinated manner; and
- Relevant experience in the writing of research reports.
