Looks as if to get the document you attached, organisations have to pay. Can you find generic open source material.

i think directors should get paid if they actually peform work for the company. by work i mean physical work.
if the directors are just overseeing the running of the company and carrying out their normal day to day activities they should get absolutely nothing in the form of remuneration.
