Dear Friends, I work for Eldis (based at the Institute of Development Studies, UK) and I would like to highlight our free Manuals and Toolkits resource: http://www.eldis.org/go/topics/resource-guides/manuals-and-toolkits This resource contains downloadable publications on a number of areas which will be of interest to you: advocacy and working with the media, communications, managing NGOs (including fundraising, working with donors), M&E, project management, training.
