Scenarios are useful tools that stimulate us to think about, and strategically respond to, what might happen in the future. Transformative Scenario Planning is a methodology for using scenarios — stories constructed by teams of actors from across a given social-political-economic system, about what could plausibly happen — as a tool not only for understanding the future but for working together to influence it.
Based on Reos’s leading international experience in scenario planning (Dinokeng scenarios, Destino Colombia and the future of Energy in North America amongst others), participants will learn how to work with multiple stakeholders to affect change in ‘stuck’ systems to positively shift our shared possible futures.
This course is the first its kind globally and precedes the international launch of a new book on the subject, written by Adam Kahane. See 'Upcoming Events' for further details.
The course will be facilitated by Stephen Atkinson, partner of the Reos Melbourne office and Colleen Magner, partner of the Johannesburg office
