Siyakhula Trust: Community Facilitation Programme

Siyakhula Trust is a NGO that assist community leaders, community-based organisations (CBOs), nonprofit organisations (NPOs) and government officials develop skills so that they can efficiently initiate and manage development and job creation projects to the benefit of the communities they serve.

Siyakhula Trust is conducting a Community Facilitation Programme from 14-18 May 2012 in Johannesburg.

The programme is aimed at providing community development workers with information and skills, which will enable them to effectively facilitate and support community projects.

• Extension officers;
• Social workers;
• Field workers;
• Mayors;
• Speakers;
• Councillors;
• Health workers;
• Care givers;
• Sport workers;
• Community development workers;
• Officers in national, provincial and municipal spheres of government;
• NGOs and CBOs.

Accreditation: This programme is accredited with the LGSETA. It has 3 unit standards at level 4 with 20 credits.
