Digitally Empowering Communities: Learning from Development Informatics Practice

Technology can play an important role in the empowerment of communities. Once connectivity has been established, applications in areas such as e-government, e-learning, e-health and e-agriculture can be utilised to empower disadvantaged communities.

The conference will give participants an opportunity to share ideas with some of the best research brains in this field.
