Budgeting for Project Proposals: How to Write Budgets

Management Accounting for Non Governmental Organisations (MANGO) is conducting a one-day course on Budgeting for Project Proposals: How to Write Budgets that Win Funds on 24 August 2009 in Pretoria.

This one-day course is specifically designed for NGO staff who are involved in the preparation of budgets to accompany project funding proposals. It is the perfect companion course to our Successful Grant Management: How to Keep Your Donors Happy (FM8) course. The content includes: what a donor is looking for in a project budget, linking the budget to a project description and proposal, how to prepare a fully costed budget, and preparing a budget in donor formats.
