Monitoring, Evaluation and Social Impact Training

IQbusiness

“Business cannot ultimately succeed in a society that fails.”

World Business Council for Sustainable Development

Our fate as organisations is intertwined with that of the society we operate within. Our success or failure, is as much a part of those that we affect through our business as those that affect us through their existence. The need to measure and manage our performance and impact is becoming key. However, the question remains, how do we measure the impact created for the society in which we operate?

At IQ Business we strive to help our clients on their Sustainability journey, through our vast experience in the field of impact measurement, to understand, measure and optimise the impact created by their organisations.

The integrated social impact measurement and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) training are geared towards enabling organisations to think beyond just tracking progress to understanding the impact that is being created. This two-day interactive training workshop is aimed at delegates who have had limited exposure to social impact measurement and M&E as well as users of social impact measurement and M&E where a refresher of the underlying principles and processes are required.
