Collective Leadership Institute
The course, centred on the Collective Leadership Institute's Dialogic Change Model is aimed at those who host, initiate and facilitate stakeholder collaboration and engagement processes. The programme offers concepts and tools for situational diagnosis and informed action planning. The aim is to promote self-awareness in order for participants to develop their own facilitation styles. Participants are encouraged to apply and review learnings on real projects or case studies.
