Jo`burg Child Welfare
Jo’burg Child Welfare (JCW) is a non-profit organisation (NPO) founded in 1909. Originally known as the ‘Children’s Aid Society’, it was founded by a group of concerned citizens in 1909, after the then Mayoress had found a group of destitute children on the streets of the then mining town and had taken them into her own home.
