Head of Strategic Communications, GreaterGood South Africa

With an honours degree in dramatic art from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg and a Diploma in Journalism, Sophie lectured in design and media studies before heading to the UK where she found her niche working in policy, marketing and communications at youth charity, The Prince’s Trust. Since returning to South Africa in 2005, Sophie has worked as a writer, fundraiser, marketer and strategic communications consultant for a range of non profit organisations and joined GreaterGood South Africa in September 2007.
