We are searching for an exceptional Communications Manager that will create, drive, and ensure delivery of a comprehensive communications strategy to serve the overall mission of Common Good. The Individual will be responsible for upholding the brand identity and consistency for Common Good and its various programmatic sub-brands: Sikunye (Early Life), Education and The Zanokhanyo Network (Employment). You will work in a tight-knit Communications team alongside other creatives, and in collaboration with multi-disciplinary professionals across our programmes.

The Adonis Musati Project (AMP) was named after a young Zimbabwean man who died of starvation on the streets of Cape Town while queuing to get his asylum papers. The project strives to empower marginalised refugees and migrants in South Africa through fostering sustainable support networks and encouraging personal development that achieves lasting change.

AMP seeks to appoint a Finance Manager, to be based in Wynberg, Cape Town.

The working hours and salary for this role are negotiable and will be determined by the candidate's level of experience. 

Responsibilities:

Common Good is looking for a part-time writer to join our Communications team on a fixed term contract until the end of December 2020.

As a social justice NPO, it is imperative that we demonstrate how our work is contributing to positive and lasting change. Storytelling is a key component in both documenting and celebrating that impact it articulates action, fuels hope and motivates our efforts. Organisation: Khululeka Grief Support is a dynamic Cape Town based NGO working in the child sector. They are passionate about growing the emotional wellbeing of children and adolescents. The purpose of this role is to raise and secure funds for Common Good’s work across each initiative, giving strategic input into the overall fundraising plan, executing the fundraising plan, developing and nurturing institutional and individual donor relationships, identifying and cultivating prospective donors, and regularly meeting or surpassing fundraising targets.
