Adherence to HIV/AIDS and TB treatment is still a challenge for patients with HIV and TB. From the research done, patients are well educated about HIV/AIDS issues. They know that is important to take their ARTs on time. But due to some challenges they stop taking them. However, people with TB are not well educated about TB treatment and they stop taking medication. Issue of concern is that much effort need to be directed towards education regarding HIV/AIDs and TB treatment.

Another interesting issue which needs to be considered is that some patients stop taking medication so that their CD4 count can be low in order to access grant. However one participant highlighted that CD4 count are no longer the criteria for social assistance. Some one can be below 200 for CD4 count, but still strong to work

Another issue is that we have people made  heroes from being HIV positive. Why the heroes with HIV negative are not highlighted? All efforts are being directed towards HIV/AIDS positive and no effort done to help negative to remain so.

Every one needs to think about campaign for HIVnegative to remain negative. The topic was very interesting and made us think about our future campaign for the world AIDS day.
