NGO Comments and Reflections

The 2008/9 National Budget was presented by Finance Minister Trevor Manuel on 20 February 2008 in Cape Town.

Given the role of the Budget in highlighting national development spending priorities, SANGONeT approached various NGOs for their response to the budget in general, as well as specific issues of direct interest to their work.
